Ordering Information: Peter Stone office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. Orders can be placed via our secure website or by fax 24 hours a day. It is helpful when placing telephone orders to have order information written down including item number, any sizes, stone selection, quantity, etc. A Tax Resale Number must accompany first wholesale order.
Minimum order value $500.
Below Minimum orders cannot be checked out by system. We only accept under minimum order for $ 300 with 20% surcharge. Pls contact pam@peterstone.com for the processing.
Shipping Information: Most orders are shipped within 14-21 business days of receipt. A 10% charge may be added if “rush” delivery is requested. Refused orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges.

Return Policy:
All of our jewelry is made to order.
There are no cash refunds only exchanges within 7 days after received.
A restocking 30% fee applies to all gold jewelry exchanges with a maximum amount not to exceed $200 for any single piece of jewelry.
The customer pays for shipping and insurance round trip.
An Exchange Fee Exception applies to gold jewelry exchanges that exceed the original gold purchase price by $450
Please call our customer service team at 1-800-397-8787 or email: pam@peterstone.com for return authorization and instructions before you return any items. Jewelry cannot be mailed back using a regular envelope due to problems with postal handling. Jewelry must be returned in the original packaging or other padded/reinforced mailer.
Prices: Due to price fluctuations in precious metals, prices are subject to change without notice.
All of our wholesale customers are permitted to offer a maximum discount of up to 30% off the prices listed on the Peter Stone retail websites. We strongly advise against selling below this threshold, as it would violate our terms and could negatively impact the sales of other Peter Stone customers.

Additionally, all customers are required to obtain our permission to use our brand names, photos and any descriptions that include our brand names: Peter Stone Jewelry, Divesilver Jewelry, and Magick Symbols Jewelry.
