The Eye of Horus is an ancient Egyptian symbol believed to be an effective source of protection and a symbol of strength and perfection. Horus was the ancient Egyptian sky god who was usually depicted as a falcon, or with a Falcon’s head. The eye is personified in the goddess Wadjet also known as “The Eye of Ra,” which originates from the struggle between Horus and Seth.
