Mandala is an archetype of the holistic symbol, which appears in a large number of designs and is known in all cultures. In the center of a circle or around that circle various geometric forms such as triangles, rectangles, rhombuses, circles, spirals or even simple lines are combined to create patterns of the highest complexity. Mandalas are symbols for the eternal Cycle of Life, for everything that is and for the highest grade of transformation. Our Mandala collection has been designed by Sibylle Grummes-Unruh. She is a Bavarian artist, teacher and self-knowledge coach who lives in an ancient village close to the lovely Ammersee in the greater Munich Area. Her home and studio is a former schoolhouse (built 1798) and lies near the ancient Roman street Via Claudia and old Celtic tombs. The Entire region is famous for the beautiful landscape & the artists who are living there.

This fine jewelry series is based on the image "window to universe" of Rico Besserdich's book "Song of Silence - A Book about Water", a book dedicated to the beauty of importance of the element that unites all living beings on this planet, water. A book that received positive recognition by the NOBEL Organisation, the Swedish Parliament, Prince Albert of Monaco, among others. 97 people from 47 different countries ( various Nobel laureates among them, such as the Dalai Lama, Jose Ramos-Horta and others ) shared their personal thoughts about water in this book. Their thoughts were visualized by Rico Besserdich's photographic artwork. Rico's book is now considered to be the legacy of water itself.
