  1. Product Placement: Ensure jewelry is accessible. When customers can touch items, sales improve. Avoid placing high-value pieces ($500+) in easy reach, but items priced at $20-$100 are fine to leave out. Always have a recording camera for security.

  2. Organized Display: Keep your store neat and clean. Displays should be organized, hanging cards straight, and glass surfaces spotless. Consider replacing scratched glass to enhance the jewelry's appeal.

  3. Investment Mindset: Treat your jewelry and store inventory as investments. This includes the lighting, cleanliness, and organization of your store, which all contribute to a positive customer experience.

  4. Shiny Jewelry: Regularly check the condition of your jewelry. Compare new shipments with existing stock to ensure everything remains shiny and appealing. Tarnished jewelry can deter customers.

  5. Bright Lighting: Ensure your store, especially display areas, is well-lit. Good lighting highlights the beauty of your products and helps customers with poor eyesight. A brightly lit store creates an inviting atmosphere.

Most importantly, keep yourself energetic and positive. Customers respond well to an upbeat environment.
